We’re now recruiting for Local Volunteers!

Local Volunteering

If you’re looking to support YHA in your local area then this is the opportunity for you. If you can give a few hours on a regular basis to a hostel close to you, we would love to hear from you.
Local volunteering is a great way to meet people and learn new skills.  You can get involved in a variety of tasks including welcoming guests, catering, housekeeping and decorating.  It is a fantastic way to learn and apply new skills in a supportive environment with opportunities for development and progression.

You can find out more in our Local volunteering 2016 guide and apply below.  Please don’t forget to let us know which hostel you would like to volunteer with.  You can find out more about the location of hostels on our website.

Some of our hostels have Supporter Groups with a yearly program of events.  You can find out more about these on our Supporter Group webpage.
