Hostel roles

Flexible and varied roles across England and Wales

Looking for an exciting and varied role?

Many of our staff say that working for YHA is a lifestyle choice. If you are working in our hostels then you will be living and working in some amazing locations in England and Wales. Choose from remote locations, or right in the centre of a busy city. Each of our hostels has its own character and are connected by a shared purpose; a drive to make travel and new experiences available to all.

Many of our hostel team members work in flexible and varied roles, covering catering, hospitality, housekeeping and reception. At our bigger hostels, you may focus on just one of these areas of responsibility. But one thing is for certain – no day will be the same.

If you’re someone who loves to be inspired by your surroundings and people that you meet, then you’ve come to the right place.
