About this team
At YHA, people are at the heart of everything we do—from making adventure accessible, to connecting communities with culture, heritage, and each other. These connections enhance wellbeing, build life and work skills, and foster a sense of belonging.
The People & EDI team manages the full employee journey, including recruitment, onboarding, learning, development, wellbeing, performance, policies, and exit processes. This team leads the People Strategy, working closely with teams across the organisation to support staff and volunteer growth. Everyone shares responsibility for employee engagement and performance, guided by our HEART values.
We offer flexible working arrangements – whether you prefer being based at National Office, working remotely or a hybrid approach.
