About this team
The small but mighty business planning and project management team plays a central role in shaping and delivering YHA’s strategic ambitions. We lead the development and coordination of the Five to Drive Business Plan, ensuring that every part of the organisation is aligned, focused, and equipped to deliver meaningful transformation.
We work across four key areas: strategic planning, programme management & governance, project delivery and PMO leadership & risk management. This is a team with a big-picture view and a hands-on approach — helping YHA move from recovery to transformation, one project at a time.
