Technology plays a vital role across every area of YHA, from optimising our websites and maintaining essential systems to managing IT infrastructure and ensuring our data is secure and compliant. These functions are critical in helping us deliver the best possible experience to our guests, members, donors and staff.
Our Technology & Transformation team is dedicated to maintaining, supporting and developing solutions that align with user needs and strategic business goals. This includes IT services, system administration, web and software development, business intelligence, data security, and product and project management. YHA is currently going through a significant period of transformation, so business change and change management are also key areas of focus.
We offer flexible working arrangements – whether you prefer being based at National Office, working remotely or a hybrid approach. No two days are the same so there are plenty of opportunities to learn, grow and take on new challenges. The team follows Agile principles, meeting daily to prioritise tasks, review progress and remove any blockers to keep work moving smoothly.
