The Development & Supporter Engagement department is at the heart of building meaningful, lasting relationships with the individuals and communities who support YHA. This department includes several teams - Fundraising, Membership, and Volunteering - all working together to grow and sustain engagement, ensuring that our supporters feel valued and connected to the organisation’s mission and strategy.
Whether through donating, becoming a member, or giving their time by volunteering, the Development & Supporter Engagement department focuses on building lasting relationships with our beloved supporters who continue to support YHA.
