Choose from remote locations, or right in the centre of a busy city. Each of our hostels has its own character and are connected by a shared purpose; a drive to make travel and new experiences available to all.
Many of our hostel team members work in flexible and varied roles, covering catering, hospitality, housekeeping and reception. At our bigger hostels, you may focus on just one of these areas of responsibility. But one thing is for certain – no day will be the same.

Hospitality

Hostel or relief managers
Manage a team and the day-to-day running of our hostels.
Housekeeping
Ensure our bedrooms and shared spaces are cleaned to a high standard.
Night staff
Make sure that guests receive excellent service throughout the night.
Reception
Be the face of our hostels, providing a warm welcome to all our guests.
Development and progression
To support your development, we offer lots of different routes including online learning modules, apprenticeships, short courses, our own management development programme and training courses (online and in-person) tailored to different aspects of the organisation.
